It is official! Clover is opening to the public today - Wednesday, May 2nd - at 11am! 
Clover has already received rave reviews from their guests! BITE openings!

We have a busy year ahead of us, within the next few months alone, we have many restaurants opening their doors to our hungry BITERS. We have made it our mission to bring you the latest updates when it comes to Spokane Culinary Scene. Here's a few of the upcoming and recent openings:

* Famous Ed's (South Hill) - 2911 E 57TH AVE - NOW OPEN! - David's Pizza and Fast Eddies collaborate to bring you Famous Ed's at the former Hanger 54 location. The new sports bar opened Wednesday Feb 9th and it features food from David's Pizza.

* Spikes (North Side) - 725 E. Francis - Sports themed family friendly eatery. The highlight: 20+ different kinds of Philly Chessesteask sandwiches. All of the bread and meat will be shipped here from Philadelphia to create a "truly authentic" experience. The menu will also include hamburgers, chicken wings and more. Spike's also features a full bar: "Da Dog House" and is set to open later this month.

* Thai Bamboo & Coconut Lounge (Mid Town) - 5406 N. Division - This new establishment will replace the restaurant’s present operation two blocks south. Owner said the new building will include Las Vegas-style decorations that have been well-received at the Coeur d’Alene location that opened in 2008. The main dining area and adjacent Coconut Lounge can be opened up to create one large space, but each will have its own patio with tropical landscaping. A separate meeting room will accommodate 45. The new location should be open in April 2011.

* Mezzo Wine Bar (South Hill) - 2718 E 57th Suite 105 - More details to come!

* Manito Tap House (South Hill) - 3011 S Grand Blvd - Formerly The Pear Tree.  “This will be a laid-back ‘gastro pub’ with 30-plus beers on tap, a casual attitude and good, fresh local food,” owner says. Manito Tap House and Gastropub will be opening this Spring. Manito Tap House will offer outdoor seating as well.

  

* Sushi I (South Hill) - 4314 S Regal St. Former Quizno's on 43rd and Regal.  This new sushi restaurant will be a nice addition to the eclectic offerings of Regal Pond: Twigs, Laguna Cafe, Waddell's and the recently opened The West Wing.
